The Alliance for Democracy and Moral Recovery Against Crime, Corruption and Terrorism (ADMOREACT), want to be a prime protector of democratic rights and promoter of national transformation by encouraging citizens to have an open dialogue and united cooperative effort in providing solutions to poverty and increasing their participation in the government to curb crime, oppression, injustice and lawlessness. It was created as defender-community collaborations to improve public safety, government accountability, and reduce the number of victims of crime and abuse of power and the strengthening of the justice system to the community.
We believe that by creating bridges and collaborating the efforts and strengths of these law-enforcing government and private groups and individuals, we can accomplish more, especially with the participation of many citizens, to make a government that truly for the people, by the people.
ADMOREACT is a movement of citizens, creating a cooperative effort among our citizens and working with all government agencies through the Open Governmnet Partnership program to address the growing poverty and crime problem in the communities and corruption and abuse of power among government officials. Through the Alliance for Democracy, Economic and Moral Recovery, citizens are invited to join our movement to transform our country towards progress and righteousness.
ADMOREACT‘s programs are all designed to encourage citizens to band together to fight crime, indulge in socio-civic actions, environmental initiatives, cultural promotion, anti-drug abuse campaigns and many more bringing change in their respective neighborhoods throughout the community. Citizens’ Crime Watch still proves to be a more than a viable crime prevention program that is instrumental in promoting police/community relations.
Desiree Joy Bongolan Alcala, “Coach DJ” as she prefers to be called, was borne with fighter genes that could have come only from her father, Engr. Romeo L. Alcala, who was a guerilla fighter during World War II at 17 years old. Her passion for disciplined studies and love for sciences come from her mother, Aurora Bongolan Alcala, an educator on Math and Physics. Love for country, justice and proper governance was stirred in her heart, as she listened to court stories of her grand-dad, Ex Nueva Viscaya Governor and Ex-Assemblyman Atty. Guilermo Elizalde Bongolan. Her studies and tours in foreign countries made her realize how much the Philippines has lagged behind with poverty, corruption and crime kept mounting through the years. Deep in her heart she knows that national transformation cannot be attained by the effort of one but by the united move of the Citizens of the Philippines.
Coach DJ has been talking to private individuals, students, professionals, NGOs, Associations, companies and business owners to join “The Alliance” or things would get event worse. While the country is down on its knees with the effects of Covid19 pandemic, corrupt government officials are selfishly looting our government funds to prepare for the May 2022 elections. This prompted Coach DJ to organize patriots, those remaining that love this country, into putting up the “Alliance for Democracy, Economic and Moral Recovery Against Crime, Corruption, and Terrorism” on April 2021.
Coach DJ started early trying to effect positive change on people around her. At 16 years old, she was already leading bible studies telling people that God is more interested in our hearts that in our religion and that it is only God that can give us new hearts by having a personal encounter with Jesus. She led a gospel band singing in the streets while a student at the University of the Philippines Conservatory of Music. In 2004, she put up Remspec Foundation and came up with a subsidizedP700 BPO training center for graduating students because Call Center Training schools were offering theirs at P25000 to P35000 fees. She continued her social work through A7 Ministries, an unformal outreach to the poor families of fishermen and farmers in Bignay 2, Sariaya, Quezon. Graduating top of her class with a degree of BSBA, a scholar at Leeds Beckett University for her post-grad studies in Management, a CEO of a management consulting firm frequently contracted by companies to expand their revenues through market development, a Certified Public Accountant, licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed Insurance Underwriter… but on top of these all, people is what matters to her most founded on her love for God.
Bound by the same passion for love of God, country and fellowmen,
we have committed ourselves to working together for the
national transformation of our country and bettermen of our countrymen.

Alliance for Democracy, Economic and Moral Recovery Against Crime, Corruption, and Terrorism is seriously taking the “Open Government Treaty” and want to bring our volunteers to the different local government units to reach the goals of transparency, good governance, curb corruption and increase efficiency. We are in the process of seeking affiliation and accreditation with many government units that are on top of maintaining peace and order, supporting victims of crime, oppression and corruption, and other evils of our society. ADMOREACT wants to be active in recommending other solutions and providing support where these LGUs need more manpower to do government-assigned tasks and responsibilities. We are currently accredited or affiliated partner of the following agencies :
ADMOREACT not only wants to prevent crime and drug activities by providing support for the apprehension of perpetrators, but we want to offer solutions to help victims and those that are prone to commit crime because of poverty and lack of action from their corrupt government officials. Yet these solutions will all require more funding, this is why we solicit the help of businesses and professionals in supporting our cause
ADMOREACT recognizes that our efforts will be futile if we don’t offer positive solutions to these problems. These solutions include change the mindset of our people especially the youth, opening doors for jobs, business and livelihood skills. We believe that many companies, through the CSR program, will be very willing to assist in providing these benefits through their Corporate Social Responsiblity Program (CSR).
Companies can partner with us by providing, jobs, business and income opportunities, leadership and livelihood trainings, use of their venue for ADMOREACT’s special events, provide incentives for their products and services we can sell to our members and others. For more information about corporate partnership, please contact us through this website contact-us form.
